Support in school

IPMs

When a child is on our SEN list, an IPM will be written. This has the child’s strengths, barriers to learning, type of support school will give them and targets for the future. These are reviewed termly in consultation with parents and children.

Condition Support Documents

When a child needs some additional support but does not need specific targets, we write a condition support document for them. This records all the areas they struggle with and then has a note o what school does to help them with each. These are also reviewed termly in consultation with parents and children.
