Service Children's Champion

Our School Service Pupil Champion representative is Kerry Simms.  Kerry’s role is to offer a listening ear to Service Children and their families who feel like they need support.  Kerry can act like a bridge between school and the Regional Service Pupil representatives and offer neutral, confidential support.  Please ask Mrs Simms if you would like to have a chat and brew.

Kerry's credibility for this important role is she has been part of an Army family for the past 44 years, experiencing frequent moves, school and work and long periods of separation, which will be familiar to many service families. She has 3 children in years 9, 7 and 5 and has also experienced the impact that service lifestyle has on children.
