Transition Support for Pupils

Below are some useful links, information and documents that you can use to support your child with their upcoming transition. There are documents for child that are transitioning from Primary School to Secondary School and also for your child transitioning to the next year group within Linton-On-Ouse Primary School and Nursery. 

For children transitioning to Secondary School, the dates will be published and sent to you as soon as we have had confirmation from the schools. We will also be contacting the Secondary Schools to organise any extra transition days for our SEND children, should you and your child want and require them.
